2ND SHIFT MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN - NAPOLEON, OHIO
A Leading Automotive Supplier in the Napoleon, Ohio area needs a 2nd Shift Maintenance Technician. This is a Full Time, Permanent, Direct Hire Position offering Competitive Compensation, Off Shift Premium, Bonus Potential, Good Benefits, Paid Holidays & Paid Vacation.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsible for maintaining, setting up, and operating equipment.
Perform fabrication of parts/equipment.
Respond to service calls to inspect, diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair machine problems and determine proper corrective action.
Execute mechanical, electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic repairs, as well as problem solving retrofits and emergency repairs
Troubleshoot Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs)
Maintain parts inventory for common replaceable items and daily recordkeeping within JAC Products computer maintenance management software (CMMS)
EXPERIENCE & SKILLS:
Five (5) years of demonstrated competency in Industrial Maintenance
Vocational Certificate, Associate's Degree in a Technical Field, or Equivalent Experience
Working knowledge PLC's is Preferred
Basic knowledge of Robotics a plus
Experience using precision measuring tools such as Calipers and Micrometers
Effective Communication and Problem-Solving Skills
