This is a high-ticket sales job working as an executive recruiter. However, don’t hire “recruiters.” We hire HUNTERS who are tired of chasing small-time commissions and are ready to broker $30k deals.


If you have sales grit—whether from B2B, Door-to-Door, or high-volume field sales—you have the foundation. But you are likely hitting a ceiling. You are grinding for small commissions on products that don't move the needle. 


Ventech is looking for Hunters. We don’t hire "recruiters." We hire Sales Operators who bring their relentless work ethic and apply it to the high-stakes world of executive search


THE ECONOMICS

  • Average Deal Size: $30,000.
  • Compensation: $40,000 Base Salary (Draw against commission).
  • 40% - 55% commission based on revenue tiers
  • Year 1 Realistic, No Bullshit Earning Potential: $80,000 – $120,000.
  • The Ceiling: Does not exist. Uncapped commission. You are paid exactly what you are worth based on your work ethic.


We want the ex-athletes who hate losing. We want the military veterans who understand "Mission First." We want the sales killers who are tired of small-time deals and are ready to dominate a high-ticket market.


THE VENTECH STANDARD

  • High-Ticket Execution: You aren't selling widgets. You are brokering elite talent. With an average deal size of $30k, every call and every connection is high-stakes.
  • The Hunt: You eat-what-you-kill. You don't wait for leads. You identify the 10x talent that companies are desperate for, and you go get them. You build your own pipeline from scratch.
  • The Activity Requirement: We manage the input until the output is undeniable. If your scoreboard shows zero, your activity metrics are the only things that matter, and we expect them to be above average. You will be measured, tracked, and managed on your daily volume until your closed deals show you no longer need to be.
  • Zero Excuses: You own your desk, your pipeline, your effort, and your paycheck. 


THE OPERATING ENVIRONMENT

  • In-Office Requirement: This is an elite unit. You will be in the office (Tempe) for at least six months. No exceptions. We build the foundation here. Once you have mastered the Ventech Standard, a hybrid model may be considered.
  • Elite Discipline: We do not tolerate mediocrity, and we do not tolerate lateness. You show up on time, you execute the process, and you stay until the mission is complete. If you can't manage your own clock, you can't manage a $30k deal.



WHO YOU ARE

  • Sales Grit: You’ve been in the trenches. You know how to handle 100 "No's" to get to one "Yes." You know how to pick up the phone and influence decisions.
  • Elite Communicator: You believe that decisions can only be influenced over the phone, on video, or in person. If you are afraid of having “real” conversations and prefer to hide behind mostly digital communication, this isn’t the environment for you.
  • Competitive DNA: You likely played high-level sports, served in the military, or were at the top of the class/#1 in something. You understand what it means to be part of an elite team.
  • High Financial Ambition: If you aren’t money motivated, this isn’t for you. You want a career, not a job, that pays you for your output, not your attendance.
  • Coachability: You have the humility to learn the Ventech system and the grit to execute it without hesitation. You will be trained by one of the top recruiting trainers in the industry.
