Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage large-scale, complex projects and programs across multiple teams
Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and success metrics
Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets
Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and dependencies
Serve as the primary point of contact for executive stakeholders and senior leadership
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget
Mentor and guide project managers and team members as needed
Drive continuous improvement in project management processes and best practices
Required Qualifications
Extensive experience in project or program management, preferably in a senior or principal-level role
Strong leadership and decision-making capabilities
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Experience working with cross-functional and distributed teams
Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree or certifications (PMP, PgMP, Agile, etc.) preferred

Compensation & Benefits
Annual Salary: $155,000 – $175,000 (commensurate with experience)
Annual Bonus: Typically 10–20% of base salary
