RESPONSIBILITIES:
Real Estate
- Commercial acquisitions, dispositions, and financing, to include:
- Experience with survey and title review
- Loan transactions
- Legal opinions
- Entitlements
- Commercial leases
- Liens
- Bonds
- Easements
Corporate Transactions
- Entity formation and governance
- Mergers and acquisitions (asset and equity transactions)
- General contract review, revision and negotiation
- Experience with the construction industry, roofing, and home services is a plus
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Team player, self-starter, resourceful servant leader, and capable of leading and managing a team of associates effectively
- Book of business preferred
- Law license required, Florida preferred
