About the Role
The Regional Sales Manager (RSM) is a high-impact leadership role responsible for the growth and distribution of Vensure’s HCM and BPO solutions within the Dallas region. You won't just manage from a desk; you will be in the trenches—recruiting, coaching, and leading a high performing sales team while personally engaging in high-stakes negotiations and partner acquisitions.
Responsibilities
- Sales Leadership & Execution
- Hands-on Growth: Own the regional sales targets by participating in the full sales cycle—from prospecting and pricing to final implementation.
- Performance Management: Lead Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), set weekly activity goals, and implement performance improvement plans to ensure a culture of excellence.
- Consultative Modeling: Model elite consultative selling and closing techniques for your team in the field.
- Team Development
- Recruit & Scale: Identify, hire, and onboard top-tier Business Consultants to expand our Dallas footprint.
- Mentorship: Provide consistent coaching, audit sales calendars, and establish time-management best practices to elevate individual performance.
- Strategy & Pipeline Health
- Forecast Accuracy: Maintain a healthy sales pipeline by monitoring volume, mix, and prioritization.
- Strategic Partnerships: Optimize the territory database to develop long-term, trusted advisor relationships with key regional clients and vendors.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5 years of proven success in Sales & Marketing. Experience in HCM, PEO, or Payroll services is highly preferred.
- Leadership: A track record of leading and motivating teams in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Tech Savvy: Proficiency in CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and the Microsoft Office Suite.
- Education: High School diploma or equivalent required.
- Travel: Ability to travel within the region to support field sales and client meetings.
Required Skills
Proven success in Sales & Marketing, leadership experience, proficiency in CRM systems, and ability to travel.
Preferred Skills
Experience in HCM, PEO, or Payroll services, and familiarity with Salesforce.
