Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate field teams to meet project goals
- Provide ongoing performance feedback and skill development for team members
- Enforce compliance with company policies and standards
- Implement corrective actions for performance issues, supported by proper documentation
- Mentor and train team leads
- Partner with project coordinators to manage schedules, materials, and logistics
- Collaborate with clients to align on project plans and site activities
- Approve material orders for assigned projects
- Oversee crew timesheets, project documentation, and administrative duties
- Verify and approve invoices for accuracy
- Ensure projects stay on schedule and within budget
- Monitor project milestones and deliverables throughout the project lifecycle
- Prepare daily progress reports, update project maps, track hours, and complete final documentation
- Conduct interviews and manage hiring for field teams
- Undertake additional responsibilities as needed
- Ability to read and interpret construction plans, blueprints, and specifications
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication, with effective listening abilities
