Manage~ Contracts Subcontracts Review plans and specifications
Oversee~ RFIs Submittals Change processes Field Collaboration Work closely with superintendents Support field execution and logistics Ensure crews have required resources Risk & Closeout Identify and mitigate risks Ensure compliance with requirements
Oversee~ Final billing Punch lists Closeout documentation
Qualifications 5 years PM experience in~ Civil construction Site development Concrete projects
Strong expertise in~ Job costing Budgeting Forecasting Experience managing multiple projects Ability to read plans and contracts Strong leadership and communication
Technical Skills Construction software~ Procore, HCSS, or similar Accounting tools~ Sage or equivalent
