- Minimum 5 years OSP fiber construction or inspection experience (2-3 years acceptable with strong crew count).
- Preferred range: 5-10 years.
- Strong bias toward contractor-side backgrounds (fiber construction contractors or inspection consultancies).
- HS Diploma/GED minimum; field certifications preferred.
- OSHA 30, CDL, First Aid/CPR, heavy equipment certifications are advantageous but not required.
