- Contact and close pre-qualified warm inbound leads
- Conduct discovery calls and present products and services
- Build rapport and recommend appropriate solutions
- Handle objections and close deals over the phone
- Meet or exceed monthly sales goals and quotas
- Track leads, activity, and pipeline in CRM
- Follow up with prospects to move deals to close
- Proven ability to close deals over the phone
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Organized, detail-oriented, and goal-driven
- 2 years of inside sales or phone sales experience
- Experience with CRM systems
