What You'll Do
- Assist with construction, excavation, and utility installation projects
- Operate hand tools and assist with equipment setup and cleanup
- Support crews with trenching, site preparation, and material handling
- Follow all company safety procedures and jobsite protocols
- Work as part of a team to complete projects efficiently and professionally
- Maintain a positive attitude and strong work ethic on every jobsite
- Represent the company with professionalism and respect in the field
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Willingness to learn and grow within the company
- Team-oriented mindset
- Construction or utility experience is helpful but not required
- Valid driver's license preferred
- CDL is a plus, but not required
