About the Opportunity
We’re looking for an experienced Landscaping Crew Leader who knows how to lead from the front. This is a hands-on position for someone who can supervise a crew while working alongside the team to complete landscaping and grounds maintenance projects safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.

What You’ll Do
- Lead and supervise a landscaping crew during daily assignments
- Work hands-on alongside crew members to complete jobs
- Organize daily work and ensure the crew is prepared with the proper tools, equipment, and materials
- Safely operate and oversee the use of trucks, trailers, power tools, hand tools, and landscaping equipment
- Ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and according to company quality standards
- Train, support, and motivate crew members
- Monitor job progress and communicate with supervisors throughout the day
- Identify and report safety, equipment, maintenance, or personnel issues
- Ensure equipment and materials are properly loaded, transported, staged, and stored
- Communicate professionally with clients when needed
- Make sure jobsites are clean and organized before leaving
What We’re Looking For
- 2 years of landscaping or related industry experience
- Previous crew leadership, supervisory, or foreman experience is required
- Comfortable working hands-on alongside the crew
- Experience using landscaping tools and equipment
- Ability to safely operate and oversee trucks, trailers, and equipment
- Clean driving record required
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and good judgment
- Safety-focused and comfortable following established procedures
- Ability to motivate and work effectively with a team
- Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus, but not required
