Responsibilities
- Originate residential mortgage loans including purchase, refinance, and cash-out refinance transactions
- Guide borrowers smoothly from application through closing
- Convert company-provided leads into funded loans
- Build and nurture long-term client and referral partner relationships
- Analyze borrower financials and recommend appropriate lending solutions
- Collaborate closely with processors, underwriters, and closing teams to ensure a seamless borrower experience
Required Qualifications
- Active NMLS License
- 3 years of residential mortgage origination experience
- Strong skills in mortgage loan origination, financial analysis, and customer relationship management
- Proven sales and communication abilities
- Excellent problem-solving and team collaboration skills
- Ability to manage multiple loan files effectively
