We are seeking an experienced QA Regulatory Manager to join our Quality Development Services (QDS) team. This role is responsible for overseeing regulatory compliance projects, supporting clients, and ensuring documentation and processes meet FDA, FTC, USDA, and other applicable standards. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Quality Assurance within the OTC industry and strong knowledge of cGMP, FSMA, and regulatory frameworks.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage regulatory compliance projects for clients.Write, review, and optimize SOPs, specifications, and quality documentation.Conduct audits, training, and regulatory due diligence.Support product development, formulation reviews, and compliance operations.Maintain regulatory files and databases in compliance with project requirements.Provide guidance on FDA, FTC, USDA regulations and industry standards.Collaborate with team members in a project-driven environment.Travel as needed to client facilities and industry events.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in a scientific field (MS/Ph.D. preferred).Minimum of 12 years’ experience in Quality Assurance within the OTC industry.Strong knowledge of FDA CFR 21 Part 11, Part 111, and Part 117.Experience in Food & Beverage, Dietary Supplement, Cosmetic, or Homeopathic industries is a plus.Proficiency in MS Teams, Word, Excel, and Adobe.Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.Why Join Us?Work with a respected consulting firm in highly regulated industries.Collaborate with industry experts and leading companies.Opportunity to make a direct impact on compliance and product quality.
