Rivani is an ultra‐luxury Class X commercial property in Miami Beach, where every detail matters and excellence is non‐negotiable. We are seeking an experienced Housekeeping Manager to lead our housekeeping operations and ensure the building’s presentation is not just clean—but immaculate, every day.

This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who leads by example, holds teams to high standards, and takes personal ownership of the environment.

What You’ll Do

• Lead, train, and motivate a dedicated housekeeping team
• Own cleanliness and presentation standards for all common areas, amenities, and back‐of‐house spaces
• Set and enforce luxury‐level cleaning protocols and expectations
• Conduct regular inspections and address deficiencies immediately
• Manage schedules to ensure full coverage, including events and peak days
• Oversee inventory, equipment, and cleaning supplies (SDS/OSHA compliant)
• Collaborate closely with Operations, Maintenance, and Building Leadership
• Handle tenant housekeeping requests with urgency and professionalism

What We’re Looking For

• 7–10 years of housekeeping experience, including 3–5 years in a leadership role
• Background in 5‐star hotels, luxury resorts, or high‐end properties
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) – required
• Strong eye for detail and pride in presentation standards
• Proven ability to lead, coach, and hold teams accountable
• Experience with scheduling, inspections, and inventory management
• Knowledge of OSHA standards, SDS procedures, and safety compliance
• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and event days as needed
