Position Overview
We are seeking a highly organized, proactive Executive Assistant to provide direct support to the Owner of Anau. This is not a traditional administrative role—this position functions as a strategic partner and “right hand,” ensuring priorities are managed, details are handled, and nothing falls through the cracks.
The ideal candidate is sharp, resourceful, and thrives on creating structure in a fast-paced environment. This role requires a high level of ownership, discretion, and the ability to anticipate needs before they arise.
Key Responsibilities
Calendar & Scheduling Management
· Manage and optimize the Owner’s calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and priorities
· Ensure time is allocated effectively and aligned with business priorities
· Coordinate and confirm all meetings, including logistics and preparation
Email & Communication Management
· Organize and manage the Owner’s inbox, including prioritizing, flagging, and drafting responses
· Ensure timely communication and follow-up on key items
Travel Coordination
· Arrange and manage all travel logistics, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries
· Ensure seamless travel experiences with clear, organized plans
Meeting Preparation & Follow-Through
· Gather documents, materials, and information needed for meetings
· Ensure the Owner is fully prepared in advance
· Track action items and follow-ups after meetings
Task & Priority Management
· Maintain and manage an active to-do list for the Owner
· Track requests, deadlines, and priorities to keep work moving forward
· Provide reminders and accountability to ensure completion
Operational Support
· Assist with projects, coordination, and general operational needs
· Act as a liaison between the Owner and internal/external contacts when needed
Qualifications
· Minimum of 10 years of experience in an Executive Assistant, Chief of Staff, or similar high-level support role
· Exceptional organizational and time management skills
· Strong written and verbal communication skills
· Ability to anticipate needs and operate independently with minimal direction
· High level of discretion, professionalism, and judgment
· Tech-savvy with experience using email, calendar, and productivity tools
· Strong attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy and follow-through
· Growth mindset with a willingness to learn and adapt

Salary : $40,000 - $50,000
