Before becoming a State Farm agent, I spent my career in corporate America, working in technology and analytical roles within the airline industry. While I enjoyed the work, I always had a goal of owning my own business and building something of my own while helping people along the way.
I earned my MBA from Vanderbilt University and have been fortunate to travel extensively around the world. When I'm not working, I enjoy spending time with my family and riding motorcycles whenever I get the chance.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members.
- Manage appointment scheduling and office communications.
- Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records.
- Engage in conversations with prospective and existing customers, identifying opportunities to offer insurance options.
- Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customers needs.
- Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role.
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Organizational and multitasking abilities.
