I've been with State Farm since 1996, beginning my career as a team member before moving into management and eventually opening my own agency. I'm a graduate of the University of Texas, where I studied Marketing and played football. My wife and I have two sons, and I enjoy building both strong teams and lasting customer relationships.
Giving back to the community is a priority for me. I serve on the Board of the National Football Foundation, stay active in my local church, and support a variety of charitable organizations and community events throughout the year.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members.
- Manage appointment scheduling and office communications.
- Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records.
- Engage in conversations with prospective and existing customers, identifying opportunities to offer insurance options.
- Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customers needs.
- Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role.
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Comfortable with engaging in sales conversations.
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
