Compensation:
Base Salary: $72,000 per year
Variable Compensation (year 1):
- $200 per new VME unit
- Regional customer revenue share of 0.50%
Minimum Variable Compensation Payment: $8,000
- This amount serves as a guaranteed minimum variable compensation payment.
- Actual VME payments and revenue share will be tracked against this minimum.
- While the total variable compensation is less than $8,000, the minimum of $8,000 will be paid.
- Once variable compensation exceeds $8,000 in a given month, the excess amount will be used to pay down the ledger.
- The ledger will keep track of the shortfall until it is fully paid off.
- For example, if your variable compensation in a month is $10,000, you will receive $8,000, and the remaining $2,000 will be used to reduce any previous shortfall. Once the ledger is settled to $0, any further amounts in excess of $8,000 will be paid out as usual.

Job Summary:
The ROC Regional Manager for Tulsa will oversee the operations and growth of the Tulsa ROC. This role requires a dynamic leader with a strategic vision to manage multiple aspects of our business, ensuring operational excellence and exceptional client service.
Key Responsibilities:
Retail Food and Beverage Vending: Manage and optimize vending operations, ensuring machines are stocked, maintained, and serviced promptly.
Retail Coffee Vending: Oversee coffee vending services, ensuring high-quality products and consistent service.
Retail Vending Markets: Supervise retail vending market operations, focusing on product availability and customer satisfaction.
Retail Office Coffee and Water Services: Coordinate office coffee and water services, maintaining service standards and client satisfaction.
Retail Micro-markets: Manage micro-market operations, including inventory management and customer service.
Retail Managed Stores including Artificial Intelligence: Implement and oversee AI-managed stores, ensuring technology integration and operational efficiency.
Retail Pantry Services: Oversee pantry service operations, ensuring product variety and quality.
Wholesale and Retail Prepared Foods: Manage wholesale and retail prepared food services, focusing on quality control and supplier relationships.
Cashless Payment Strategies and Technologies: Implement and manage cashless payment systems, ensuring smooth transactions and security.
Product Merchandising: Develop and execute merchandising strategies to optimize sales and customer engagement.
Local Purchasing: Oversee local purchasing operations, ensuring cost-effectiveness and supplier reliability.
Warehouse Configuration and Mapping: Manage warehouse setup, logistics, and inventory flow.
Dynamic Pricing Models: Implement and manage dynamic pricing strategies to maximize revenue and competitiveness.
Pre-Kitting including Logistics, Route Mapping, and Quantity Forecasting: Manage pre-kitting and logistics operations, ensuring efficient route mapping and accurate quantity forecasting.
Proprietary Fleet Configurations and Management: Oversee fleet management, ensuring vehicles are maintained and routes are optimized.
Supplier Contacts and Relations: Maintain and develop supplier relationships, negotiating terms and ensuring quality products.
Property and Casualty Insurance: Manage insurance policies and claims, ensuring adequate coverage and timely resolution.
Advanced Vending Management Systems: Utilize and optimize vending management systems for operational efficiency and data tracking.
Food Manufacturing including Re-packing: Oversee food manufacturing and re-packing operations, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
Client Maintenance: Maintain and develop relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and issues are resolved promptly.
Collaboration with Business Development Manager: Work closely with the Business Development Manager to identify new business opportunities and ensure client satisfaction.
Additional Tasks as Required: Perform other duties as assigned to support the ROC operations.

Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.
