Position Title: ROC Business Development Manager

Salary: $72,000/year  Base $200 Per VME* (Total Sales) total customer revenue share .5% paid monthly beginning 90 days after the first installation.

  • *A VME equates to $8419 MSRP of installed equipment or equivalent value. This formula applies to: Vending machines, coffee vending machines, frozen vending machines, vending markets, OCS/water/ice service, micro markets and managed stores.
  • Pantry service comp: 15% of monthly net sales based on the average monthly net sales of the first 90 days after installation.
  • Benefits: Company Univera plans available (with company contribution)
  • Expenses: All reasonable business expenses required for fulfillment of your position will be covered.
  • Start Date: June 1, 2025
Job Description:

As an ROC Business Development Manager at Vend Tech International, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success and growth of our business across your local market. Your leadership, expertise, and strategic vision will be instrumental in achieving our objectives and delivering exceptional service to our clients.

Responsibilities:

·        Identify potential customers in new and existing regional territories to expand the business reach.

·        Solve all Threads of Discontent for new customers, ensuring their needs and concerns are addressed promptly and effectively.

·        Determine the best equipment suited for the customer based on their demographics and specific requirements.

·        Work with new customers to customize a world-class breakroom experience that enhances their workplace environment.

·        Design all merchandised planograms based on new customer specifications, ensuring optimal product placement and variety.

·        Supervise new installations from start to finish, coordinating with the operations and installation teams to ensure timely and successful setup.

·        Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business growth and revenue targets in the assigned territory.

·        Maintain and build strong relationships with existing customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.

·        Conduct market research and analysis to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.

·        Prepare and deliver presentations to potential clients, showcasing the benefits and features of our products and services.

·        Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns to attract new customers.

·        Provide ongoing support and training to customers on how to use vending machines and related equipment effectively.

·        Monitor sales performance and generate regular reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement.

·        Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to promote the company and build professional relationships.

·        Stay updated on new products, technologies, and industry best practices to continuously improve the sales process.

Qualifications:

·        Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).

·        Strong leadership and strategic planning skills with a proven track record in business development.

·        Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with the ability to build rapport and maintain positive relationships with customers.

·        Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related field, preferably in the vending or food service industry.

·        Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, prioritizing effectively to meet deadlines.

·        Proficiency in using computer software for order tracking, inventory management, and CRM systems.

·        Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret sales data and market trends.

·        Self-motivated and driven to achieve and exceed sales targets.

·        Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed to meet customer demands.

·        Valid driver's license and clean driving record required.

·        Ability to travel within the assigned territory and occasionally beyond for business purposes.
