Position: Certified Surgical Technologist
Location: Watertown, NY 13601
Shift: Days 5x8-Hour (7a-3:30p)
Duration: 13 Weeks
Start Date: 08/10/2026
Pay Breakdown: $2206 Weekly (36 Hours)
Taxable: $24/hour
Stipend: $1246/weekly
Requirements:
- OR Certified Surgical Tech
- 2 Years of Surgical Tech experience is Required
- BLS(AHA) is Required
- Weekend, call and holidays required
- Must have Ortho, scrubbing, Davinci experience
- NBSTSA Required - MUST BE CERTIFIED
Responsibilities
- Knowledge in the use of cleaning/sterilization/disinfections of equipment and instrumentation utilized in the clinical operating room setting.
- Qualified candidate will function under the direct supervision of an RN and assist in Nursing care and preparation of the surgical patient by performing routine & delegated duties according to the standards and policies of the hospital and department.
- Candidate will perform technical duties relating to scrub personnel, including precise & efficient reaction to all situations & assist with departmental work as assigned.
- Surgical techs have a vital role in creating and maintaining a sterile surgical room and ensure that surgical equipment is functioning properly & safely as well as assisting surgeons during surgical procedures.
- Must arrive within 1/2 hour of getting called in
Pay: $50.00 - $55.15 per hour
