Location: Watertown, NY

Pay Rate: $1200 T0 $1380/Week

Contract: 13 Weeks

Schedule: 8hrs evening shift

Experience: Travel Experience Required | OR, Ortho & Da Vinci Experience Required

We are seeking an experienced Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) to join the Operating Room team at Samaritan Medical Center. The ideal candidate will maintain a sterile surgical environment, assist surgeons during procedures, and ensure the safe preparation and handling of surgical instruments and equipment.

• Prepare and maintain a sterile operating room environment.

• Scrub and assist surgeons during a variety of surgical procedures.

• Set up, inspect, and manage surgical instruments and equipment.

• Follow infection prevention and sterilization protocols.

• Support the OR team and precept new staff as needed.

• Completion of an accredited Certified Surgical Technologist program.

• Active CST Certification (Required).

• Current BLS Certification.

• Previous Travel Experience required.

• Strong Orthopedic, Scrubbing, and Da Vinci Robotics experience.

• Knowledge of sterilization, disinfection, and surgical instrumentation.

• Must be able to respond within 30 minutes when on call.
