As part of our continued expansion and dedication to operational excellence, we are seeking a qualified General Manager to lead our team of 30-40 employees in the US and Canada from our office in Adel-Iowa.
Position Summary
The director VNA will be responsible for the overall leadership and day-to-day operations of Vencomatic North America. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in business management and (dealer network) sales, with the ability to drive business growth, optimize profitability, and maintain efficiency. This is a key leadership role reporting directly to the Regional Director.
Key Responsibilities
· Oversee VNA business, ensuring efficient processes and high service standards.
· Lead, mentor, and motivate a diverse management team to achieve individual and collective goals.
· Oversee company budgets, forecasts, and financial reporting in line with organizational targets.
· Identify new business opportunities and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
· Steering the team in successfully implementing INFOR LN as new ERP software replacing ABC.
· Support the team to adhere to local regulations and company policies and procedures.
· Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform business strategy.
· Building bridges with the head office in the Netherlands, aiming for clear communication and decision making.
Qualifications and Experience
· Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field (Master’s preferred).
· Minimum 7 years of experience in a managerial role within an operations, sales and/or service environment.
· Demonstrated success in driving revenue and managing budgets.
· Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
· Proven ability to analyse and interpret financial statements and market data.
· Experience with business development and client relationship management.
· Results-oriented, strategic thinker, and adaptable to a dynamic international business environment.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $150,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
