Director Vencomatic North America (VNA)

Company Overview

Vencomatic North America is a dynamic and growing sales and service company within the Vencomatic Group. As an innovative family business, we want to make poultry farming more sustainable and animal-friendly worldwide, with a focus on efficiency and the welfare of animals and farmers. As part of our continued expansion and dedication to operational excellence, we are seeking a qualified General Manager to lead our team of 30-40 employees in the US and Canada from our office in Adel-Iowa.

Position Summary

The director VNA will be responsible for the overall leadership and day-to-day operations of Vencomatic North America. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in business management and (dealer network) sales, with the ability to drive business growth, optimize profitability, and maintain efficiency. This is a key leadership role reporting directly to the Regional Director.

Key Responsibilities

· Oversee VNA business, ensuring efficient processes and high service standards.

· Lead, mentor, and motivate a diverse management team to achieve individual and collective goals.

· Oversee company budgets, forecasts, and financial reporting in line with organizational targets.

· Identify new business opportunities and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.

· Steering the team in successfully implementing INFOR LN as new ERP software replacing ABC.

· Support the team to adhere to local regulations and company policies and procedures.

· Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform business strategy.

· Building bridges with the head office in the Netherlands, aiming for clear communication and decision making.

Qualifications and Experience

· Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field (Master’s preferred).

· Minimum 7 years of experience in a managerial role within an operations, sales and/or service environment.

· Demonstrated success in driving revenue and managing budgets.

· Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

· Proven ability to analyse and interpret financial statements and market data.

· Experience with business development and client relationship management.

· Results-oriented, strategic thinker, and adaptable to a dynamic international business environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $150,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
