Digital Wholesale & Marketplace Specialist

About the Role
We are looking for a highly organized, analytical, and commercially minded Digital Wholesale & Marketplace Specialist to manage and grow our presence across key digital marketplace channels, including Faire, Goldbelly Uber Eats and DoorDash. As a Digital Wholesale & Marketplace Specialist, you'll play an important role in expanding our brand reach, introducing new customers to Venchi, and helping us deliver excellence across every digital touchpoint.This role serves as the day-to-day owner of our marketplace ecosystem, ensuring that our products are consistently positioned to drive sales while testing and developing new platforms for Venchi’s future growth.

The Digital Wholesale & Marketplace Specialist will report directly to the Sr Director of Wholesale and partner closely with Marketing, Sales Operations, and Commercial teams to support marketplace growth, optimize digital storefronts, launch promotions, maintain operational excellence, and identify opportunities to improve performance across all platforms. What You'll Do:

Marketplace Management & Brand Experience

• Own the day-to-day management of Venchi's marketplace storefronts, ensuring all product listings, content, imagery, and pricing are accurate, current, and aligned with brand standards.

• Manage product onboarding, catalog updates, seasonal launches, and assortment changes across all marketplace partners.

• Optimize product pages to improve discoverability, conversion, and overall customer experience.

• Curate marketplace-specific merchandising strategies and future marketplace partners.

• Ensure the Venchi brand is presented consistently and premiumly across all customer touchpoints.
  

Growth & Commercial Performance

• Support marketplace revenue growth through promotional planning, campaign execution, and ongoing performance optimization.

• Coordinate the setup and execution of marketplace marketing initiatives, sponsored placements, seasonal campaigns.

• Monitor pricing, margins, and promotional effectiveness to ensure profitable growth

• Identify and onboard new marketplace platforms to develop Venchi growth into the digital B2B and Marketplace channels .

Operations & Channel Excellence

• Maintain catalog accuracy, inventory availability, and operational readiness across all marketplace platforms.

• Act as day-to-day contact for our external marketplace agency and platform’s account manager to unlock growth programs, resolve platform issues and ensure on time deliverables.

• Monitor channel health, customer reviews, ratings, and service metrics, escalating and resolving issues when needed.

• Serve as the primary point of contact for marketplace support teams and platform-related troubleshooting.

Analytics & Insights

• Track marketplace KPIs, including sales performance, traffic, conversion, promotional effectiveness, customer engagement, and profitability to identify trends, uncover opportunities, and support strategic decision-making.

• Develop weekly and monthly reporting to provide business insights and recommendations.

What We're Looking For:

Experience

• 2-4 years of experience in e-commerce, digital merchandising, marketplace management, or related commercial functions.

• Experience managing digital marketplace platforms, online storefronts, or third-party commerce channels preferred.

• Food, retail, luxury, consumer goods, or omnichannel experience is a plus.

• Skills & Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into sales actions.

• Commercial mindset and growth orientation. Comfortable working within marketplace platforms, content management systems, and reporting tools.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills with an eye for both storytelling and brand presentation.

• Collaborative, proactive, and solutions-oriented mindset.

Pay Range And Compensation

This role offers a base salary of $80,000 to $90,000, plus a bonus tied to the achievement of key company objectives. The offered salary or salary range is based on several factors, including, but not limited to, overall experience, relevant experience, education level, certifications, applicable skills and expertise.
