Our retail channel is very dynamic and growing quickly, and is central to the development of our company, with direct stores in Italy, the UK, and the US, and planned openings nationwide. It's a great opportunity for an ambitious talent who wants to make a difference in the retail world.

The Retail Sales Associate will be working on their feet in a fast-paced environment that will require you to slide between duties from selling, refilling store needs, assisting with visual merchandising, processing register transactions, and etc…

In Summary…
- As the Sales Associate you must be welcoming to customers and confident to engage with people
- Able to serve Gelato and Coffee, while selling our high-quality chocolates
- Be flexible according to the operational needs, be able to take on duties to support your team
- High standards of appearance, presentation, cleanliness and work quality
- Confident to work a cash register and manage cash operations
- Experience in visual merchandising and a critical eye for how things are displayed
- Ability to learn our recipes and take in knowledge of the ingredients and allergens
- Work effectively and efficiently with and without direction
- Demonstrate a ‘growth mindset’, always being proactive
- Punctual, dependable, and able to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Friendly, positive attitude with the ability to create an excellent guest experience.
- Manage multiple tasks while maintaining speed, accuracy, and quality.
- Receive, organize, stock, and rotate products following FIFO standards.
- Follow hygiene, sanitation, and food safety procedures at all times.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 20-40 lbs. as needed.
- Ability to perform repetitive hand, wrist, and arm movements, including scooping and serving products, for extended periods throughout the workday.
- Ability to stand for extended periods.
- Comfortable working in cooler, freezer, and stockroom environments.
- Walk up and down stairs regularly
- Stand, bend and reach for prolonged periods of time
