Legal Intake Specialist

Venardi Zurada LLP is a plaintiffs’ personal injury and employment law firm that is looking for a motivated, self-starter to join our intake team. The position’s focus is to obtain the information necessary to decide whether the firm should accept a potential case and confidently present clear service information to potential clients with the goal of encouraging the decision to hire our firm.

This requires strong communication skills both via phone, text, chat and email, data entry, and other tasks related to potential case intake. Our Intake Specialists possess qualities that build relationships and are customer/client focused. They serve our potential clients and answer their inquiries. They are compassionate, understanding and patient.

We are looking for an individual who is outgoing, focused and able to manage a high volume and time sensitive workflow effectively and efficiently. Strong people skills are necessary. The position requires one to work both independently and within a team environment.

This position is an in office position in our Walnut Creek office. Not remote. Offices located in Oakland and Walnut Creek.
