We are seeking a driven, experienced DDD Program Manager (Supervisor) to oversee operations of one or more group homes. This is a hands-on leadership role ideal for someone who understands DDD compliance, staff management, and behavioral support environments.

What You’ll Do (High-Impact Responsibilities)
🔹 Program & Compliance Leadership
- Ensure full compliance with DDD, AHCCCS, and HCBS regulations
- Oversee health, safety, incident reporting, and documentation audits
- Maintain staffing ratios, MAR accuracy, and regulatory readiness
- Prepare for and participate in DDD audits, PRC, and QA reviews
🔹 Team Leadership & Staffing
- Supervise and coach Direct Support Professionals (DSPs)
- Build and manage staff schedules, coverage, and performance
- Lead trainings, corrective actions, and team development
- Promote accountability and a strong team culture
🔹 Member Care & Services
- Implement and monitor PCSPs, ISPs, and BTPs
- Ensure accurate behavioral data collection and documentation
- Coordinate medical, therapy, and behavioral appointments
- Maintain strong communication with guardians, DDD, and providers
🔹 Operations & Facility Oversight
- Maintain a safe, clean, and compliant home environment
- Oversee vehicle logs, inspections, fire drills, and safety checks
- Manage household inventory, petty cash, and supplies
What We’re Looking For
Required:
- 2 years of DDD supervisory or management experience
- Strong knowledge of:
- DDD Provider Manual
- Article 9
- HCBS Rules
- Valid AZ Driver’s License 39-Month Driving Record
- Level 1 Fingerprint Clearance Card
- Ability to work flexible schedule on-call
Certifications (Required or Ability to Obtain):
- CPR / First Aid
- Article 9
- Prevention & Support
- Abuse & Neglect
- TB Clearance
