What You’ll Do
🔹 Program & Compliance Leadership
- Ensure full compliance with DDD, AHCCCS, and HCBS regulations
- Oversee incident reporting, health & safety standards, and documentation audits
- Maintain staffing ratios, MAR accuracy, and audit readiness
- Lead preparation for DDD audits, PRC meetings, and QA reviews
🔹 Team Leadership & Development
- Supervise, coach, and develop Direct Support Professionals (DSPs)
- Build schedules, ensure coverage, and manage team performance
- Lead trainings, disciplinary actions, and professional development
- Foster a culture of accountability, respect, and teamwork
🔹 Member Care Excellence
- Implement and monitor PCSPs, ISPs, and Behavior Treatment Plans (BTPs)
- Ensure accurate behavioral tracking and documentation
- Coordinate medical, therapeutic, and behavioral services
- Maintain strong communication with guardians, DDD, and external providers
🔹 Operations & Facility Oversight
- Maintain a safe, clean, and fully compliant home environment
- Oversee vehicle safety, fire drills, inspections, and logs
- Manage household inventory, supplies, and petty cash
What You Bring
Required Experience
- 1 years of DDD supervisory or management experience
- Strong working knowledge of:
- DDD Provider Manual
- HCBS Rules
- DDD Provider Manual
- Valid Arizona Driver’s License with acceptable 39-month record
- Flexibility to work varied hours and participate in on-call rotation
Certifications (Required or Willingness to Obtain)
- CPR / First Aid
- Article 9
- Prevention & Support
- Abuse & Neglect
- TB Clearance
- Level 1 Fingerprint Clearance Card

Work Environment
