About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Lash Stylist with at least 1 year of hands-on experience in both classic and volume lash applications. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, friendly, professional, and committed to delivering exceptional client experiences. This role includes lash services, light waxing services, and front-desk/studio support when not with a client.

Responsibilities

-Lash & Beauty Services

• Perform high-quality classic and volume lash extensions
• Conduct thorough client consultations and customize lash styles
• Complete lash fills, removals, and related services
• Provide eyebrow waxing, lip waxing, and chin waxing
• Educate clients on lash aftercare and waxing aftercare
• Maintain a clean, sanitized, and organized treatment area

-Front Desk & Studio Support (when not with a client)

• Maintain the reception desk and greet clients warmly
• Answer phone calls and assist with client inquiries
• Check out clients and process payments
• Book, confirm, and manage appointments using the salon’s software
• Restock and refresh the snack and water bar
• Keep the restroom, lobby, and studio clean, tidy, and inviting
• Assist with light laundry (towels, blankets)
• Support day-to-day studio operations and help maintain a positive team environment

Qualifications

• 1 year experience in classic and volume lash extensions
• Valid cosmetology or esthetician license
• Proficiency in eyebrow, lip, and chin waxing
• Strong customer-service and communication skills
• Excellent attention to detail and consistency in technique
• Ability to multitask between services and reception duties
• Reliable, organized, and professional

Preferred (Not Required)

• Experience with lash lifts, brow shaping, tinting, or other beauty services
• Familiarity with salon booking software
• Willingness to participate in ongoing education
