Come join the team at That's A Lash! in Buford, GA! We are looking to hire a talented, motivated and friendly fully licensed and experienced lash technician.
Prerequisites:
-Applicants must be Licensed in Georgia as a Cosmetologist or Esthetician.
-Applicants must be experienced in Classic, Hybrid, Volume & Wispy lash applications. Lash Lifts. Brow Waxing and Tinting skills are a plus.
-Applicants must have 1 year of lash extension experience with portfolio or photos of their original work.
-Applicants must have minimum 2 professional references.
About The Positions:
- Part-time 4 Days Per Week
- Days Needed: Mondays, Tuesdays, Fridays and Saturdays .
- Hours needed: 20-30 hours per week.
- Pay is 40% Commission Per Client Tips.
- Weekly pay by direct deposit or check.
- Work in a private and relaxed environment.
- Potential for fast clientele growth.
Lash & Brow Technician Duties:
- Design and provide eyelash treatments based on client needs.
- Provide brow tinting and shaping treatments based on client needs
- Provide lash lifting and lash tinting services based on client needs.
- Uphold sanitation and sterilization standards set by the state and our studio.
- Encourage clients to pre-book future appointments.
- Educate clients on proper lash and brow aftercare.
- Maintain a friendly and helpful attitude to create a positive client experience .
- Maintain a professional appearance at all times while on premises. Black color clothes required.
- Be responsible, available, and on time for all booked appointments.
