Are you detail-driven, organized, and passionate about keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes? We’re looking for a Billing & Collections Specialist to join our team!
In this role, you’ll:
✅ Prepare and process accurate invoices for our clients
✅ Manage collections for large accounts with professionalism and persistence
✅ Collaborate across departments to ensure seamless billing and reporting
✅ Support month-end accounting and help maintain strong cash flow
We’re seeking someone who brings:
⭐ Strong attention to detail and organization
⭐ Excellent communication and customer service skills
⭐ Experience managing billing and collections for large or high-volume accounts
⭐ Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP/accounting systems
2–4 years of relevant experience preferred, with an associate or bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience). Pay range is $20–$25/hr (based on experience)
