Digital Reliability Analyst II

Required:

5 years of experience in digital accessibility, including program management, product delivery, or hands-on auditing/testing.

Strong knowledge of WCAG 2.2 AA, ADA, Section 508, EAA, and related accessibility regulations.

IAAP CPACC, WAS, or CPWA certification .

Experience conducting hands-on accessibility audits of websites and mobile apps.

Familiarity with automated testing tools (e.g., Deque Axe) and assistive technologies.

Ability to manage multiple accessibility initiatives in fast-paced digital environments.

Excellent communication skills with proven ability to influence cross-functional teams.

Must be local to Houston or Chicago and willing to work in a hybrid environment.
