Velocity Packouts is one of the fastest-growing contents restoration companies in the Phoenix Valley. We specialize in contents packouts, cleaning, and storage following fire and water losses.

What You'll Be Responsible For
As a Contents Supervisor, you will lead crews performing packouts, inventories, contents cleaning, and packbacks for insurance restoration projects.
You will be responsible for execution, leadership, and job quality.
This is a hands-on leadership position, not a desk job.
Your responsibilities include:
- Leading packout crews on residential and commercial losses
- Overseeing inventory, documentation, and protection of customer belongings
- Ensuring proper packing, labeling, and transportation of contents
- Maintaining job quality and efficiency on every project
- Communicating with project managers, restoration partners, and homeowners
- Training and mentoring technicians on proper procedures
- Maintaining a professional job site and crew culture
- Ensuring timelines and production goals are met

Preferred Experience

- Experience working with insurance restoration projects
