Compensation
- $18–$20/hr base uncapped commission
- Typical first-year earnings: $55,000–$75,000
- Top performers: $100,000–$150,000
- Daily cash spiffs, bonuses & contests

The Role
- Call and follow up with small business owners nationwide
- Sell POS systems, payment processing & cash discount programs
- Handle objections, follow up, and close deals
- Own your pipeline and results
