We’re Hiring: Chiropractic Assistant

Do you love guiding people through life-changing health transformations? Our busy chiropractic office is growing, and we’re looking for a Chiropractic Receptionist/Assistant to join our team. The hours will be between 25-32 hours per week.
Your Role:
You’ll be the first point of contact for new patients—listening to their stories, processing their intake, guiding them through their first visits, and making sure they feel cared for every step of the way. Your mission? Help people take their first hopeful steps toward living pain-free and independent again.
What We’re Looking For:
- Warm, professional communicator who can put patients at ease
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Experience in healthcare or customer service (preferred but not required—we’ll train the right person!)
- Passion for helping people, especially those struggling with pain and frustration
What You’ll Do Daily:
- Greet existing patients, check them in, Schedule patients
- Welcome and process new patients
- Guide patients through their first visit and next steps
- Coordinate between doctor and patient to ensure smooth communication
- Support patients in understanding their care journey
- Input patient paperwork
- Office organizational tasks

Ideal qualifications:
-Comfortable in a fast paced training environment, experience with training goals.
-Familiar with EHR and experience learning different systems
Responsibilities will be varied and change as employee is trained but will consist of office work, phone calls, office tours, and practice member education. Employee must be able to learn and memorize verbiage and be prepared to test out with office manager and doctors.
