**Front Desk Assistant/Patient Care Coordinator needed for a vibrant family chiropractic office.
We are a thriving wellness office seeking a high-energy Chiropractic Assistant to become part of our team. The ideal candidate will be outgoing, friendly, highly organized, passionate, and can thrive in a fast-paced environment. The ability to deal with a wide variety of people and handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining outstanding customer service is required. Must be tech-savvy and able to answer phones, schedule appointments, handle collecting patient payments, interact with patients, and be a team-player.
Our office is growing rapidly, and the ideal candidates must be adaptable and able to keep their cool under pressure. We specialize in wellness care for all ages.
Chiropractic Assistant Responsibilities:
Include, but are not limited to:
- Greeting and welcoming patients upon arrival.
- Ensuring that the reception area and office always remains in excellent condition.
- Answering phone calls and responding to texts.
- Scheduling appointments.
- Collecting and recording patients' personal and health information.
- Tracking and ordering inventory.
- Preparing exam rooms prior to appointments, as needed.
- Marketing and internal events and promotions.
Chiropractic Assistant Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Well-groomed, professional appearance.
- Able to work evenings and weekends, as needed.
- 1-2 years administrative experience, preferably within a healthcare setting.
Starting hours for this position are:
Monday 2:00pm - 7:00pm Tuesday 2:30pm - 7:00pm Wednesday 10:30am - 7:00pm Thursday 2:30pm - 6:30pm
Must be able to travel out of state 1-2 weekends a year for in-person trainings. Expenses covered of course.
Additional position requirements:
- Recognize this is not a "time clock" job and sometimes staying later than your scheduled time may be necessary.
- Be willing to do whatever it takes to make our families and patients feel comfortable.

Training Starting Rate: $18-20 per hour. Wage will be based on experience. Eligible for bonuses after 90-day training period and is based on Key Performance Indicators.
