Prior administrative experience in some capacity is a must (college, volunteer, or prior work experience). Chiropractic healthcare knowledge is helpful but not required. This position is great for someone who is looking to provide life-changing care in every aspect of patient care.
Please no current students unless you're fully online for classes. Our office hours are not compatible with most school schedules and we are looking for a long-term employee.
HOURS:
Full-time: 30-38 hours.
Duties include but are not limited to:
- Welcoming patients to our office and explaining check-in system
- Cleaning rooms in between patients
- Answering phone calls
- Taking and delivering messages
- Maintaining files
- Scheduling appointments and using office software
- Ensuring the office runs smoothly
- Verifying insurance benefits
