Marketing & Growth Lead Opportunity
We’re a fast-moving organization looking for a hands-on Marketing & Growth Lead to build and run our marketing engine. This role is for someone with senior-level experience who isn’t afraid to get in the weeds and execute while shaping strategy.
What You’ll Do
- Build and run marketing campaigns end to end (strategy → execution → reporting)
- Own brand awareness and messaging
- Run and optimize Google Ads and paid campaigns
- Manage analytics, reporting, and performance tracking
- Support lead generation tied to appointment setting and sales teams
- Work with dialer systems, CRMs, and marketing tools
- Handle PR, advertising, and basic marketing research
- Execute social media, events, and promotions
What We’re Looking For
- Senior marketing experience (startup or growth-stage preferred)
- Strong with data, analytics, and reporting
- Hands-on with paid ads, dialers, and marketing tech
- Comfortable wearing multiple hats and moving fast
- Bonus: solar, renewable, or contract-sales experience
Salary : $65,000 - $70,000
