Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Roofing Foreman to lead and manage residential and/or commercial roofing projects from start to finish. The ideal candidate has strong leadership skills, hands-on roofing experience, and the ability to ensure jobs are completed safely, on time, and to quality standards.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise roofing crews on-site
- Manage daily job schedules and workflow
- Ensure all work meets company quality standards and local codes
- Enforce safety procedures and OSHA guidelines
- Coordinate materials, tools, and equipment
- Communicate progress and issues with management
- Train and mentor crew members as needed
Requirements:
- 3 years of roofing experience with foreman or crew lead experience
- Strong knowledge of roofing systems (shingle, flat, metal, etc.)
- Ability to read work orders and job plans
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in varying weather conditions
