Velocity Detailing is looking for motivated and reliable Sub Contractors to join our growing auto detailing team in Kalamazoo County, Michigan.
About the Opportunity:
This is a 1099 sub-contractor position — not a traditional employee role. You will receive 30-40% commission on every job completed. The more jobs you take on and the better your work, the more you earn. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build their own detailing career with the support and steady workflow of an established business.
Services You Will Perform:
- Full interior detailing (vacuuming, shampooing, leather conditioning, dashboard and trim care)
- Full exterior detailing (hand wash, clay bar treatment, polish, wax/sealant application)
- Paint correction and enhancement
- Engine bay cleaning
- Headlight restoration
- Odor removal and sanitation
- Other detailing services as needed
Note: Ceramic coating services are NOT included in this role.
Compensation:
- 30-40% commission per job completed
- Earnings vary based on the number and size of jobs
- Paid training provided to help you develop your skills and meet our quality standards
Requirements:
- No experience necessary — entry-level candidates are welcome and encouraged to apply
- Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Vehicle must be insured
- Must have or be willing to obtain general liability insurance
- Must be dependable, detail-oriented, and take pride in your work
- Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively
- Must be able to pass a background check

- Candidates with their own detailing equipment and supplies are preferred
- We can provide the necessary equipment for those who need it
