Human Resources Generalist
*This is a hybrid-remote role that requires onsite work at our north Austin, TX headquarters.*

What you will do:
As an HR Generalist, you will provide broad support across all human resources functions, including recruiting, onboarding, benefits administration, payroll, compliance, and employee relations. You will manage day-to-day HR processes, maintain accurate employee records, and assist in HR reporting and continuous improvement initiatives. As a resource for employees and managers, you will help ensure a positive, compliant workplace experience while supporting projects that enhance organizational effectiveness. You will also collaborate closely with the HR Manager to implement policies, drive HR initiatives, and contribute to a small, dynamic team.
Your experience includes:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
- Minimum of 3 years of human resources experience required.
- Familiarity with recruiting processes and best practices, as well as awareness of changes in employment laws, regulations, and HR trends that may impact the organization.
- Experience supporting HR compliance, including FMLA administration, employee recordkeeping, and reporting on HR metrics.
- Previous experience working in a financial institution or highly regulated environment.
- Hands-on experience with HRIS platforms and maintaining accurate employee data.
- Strong interpersonal and communication (verbal/written) skills and the ability to work in a diverse environment.
- Passion for providing outstanding service and a positive attitude.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a high attention to detail.
- Adaptable to a productive team environment where knowledge is shared, and feedback and coaching are welcomed.
- Effective time management and flexibility to work department hours.
