Velocity Car Wash is looking to add great people to our team! We are looking for energetic people who want to contribute to a fun atmosphere. Our mission is to deliver a clean, dry and shiny car in minutes. We value our team members as family and realize if we love you our customers will love us. Our team members help hundreds of customers a day and get to enjoy the beautiful scenery while working outdoors!
Your responsibilities will include:
- Greeting customers and providing excellent customer service
- Guiding customers through the car wash
- Helping customers change plans and payment information
- Keeping the property clean and orderly
- Educating customers on our wash types and purchase options
- Maintaining wash equipment and vacuum area
Job Requirements:
- Professional appearance standards
- 16 years old with a valid Driver’s License
- Professional appearance standards
- Must be dependable, friendly, and responsible
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Are able to work various hours including weekends and holidays
- Must answer prescreening questions during application
