We’re seeking a Roofing Sales Manager to lead from the front recruiting, motivating, and mentoring a team of door-to-door roofing reps. Your leadership will directly shape the success of your team and drive our continued expansion across the region.
What You’ll Do:
- Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing team of D2D roofing sales reps.
- Develop and implement strategies to exceed weekly and monthly sales goals.
- Provide ongoing coaching to improve closing ratios and overall sales performance.
- Ensure team compliance with company policies, safety standards, and local regulations.
- Foster a positive, competitive, and growth-focused team culture.
- Monitor and report on key performance metrics, including lead generation, appointments, and sales conversions.
- Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to streamline the sales process and maximize results.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in solar door-to-door (D2D) sales.
- Proven experience in sales management, team leadership, or a similar role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
