Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients using warm and cold calling techniques to generate new business opportunities
- Engage with potential customers through professional communication, effectively presenting products and services
- Qualify leads and identify customer needs to tailor sales pitches accordingly
- Manage CRM software such as Salesforce to track interactions, update customer information, and monitor sales pipelines
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted outreach campaigns and follow-up strategies
- Negotiate terms and close sales deals, ensuring customer satisfaction and fostering long-term relationships
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge related to technology sales and technical solutions
- Follow up with existing clients for upselling opportunities and customer service inquiries
- Participate in training sessions to enhance telemarketing techniques, product knowledge, and sales skills
Requirements
- Proven experience in telemarketing, inside sales, or B2B sales roles with a focus on technology or technical products
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to handle objections confidently
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written
- Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or similar platforms
- Knowledge of marketing strategies, outbound calling techniques, and warm calling approaches
- Ability to work independently while maintaining team collaboration standards
- Customer service orientation with a focus on building lasting client relationships
- Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets through effective business development efforts
- Prior experience in CRM management, technical sales, or business development is preferred
