Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to introduce insurance products.
- Engage with customers to assess their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of calls and customer interactions in our CRM system.
- Follow up on leads and nurture relationships to drive sales conversions.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective marketing strategies.
- Meet and exceed daily and weekly sales goals and performance metrics.
- Provide exceptional customer service and address inquiries promptly.
- Stay updated on industry trends and product knowledge to effectively communicate with clients.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework preferred.
- Proven experience in telemarketing or sales, preferably in the insurance industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Positive attitude and a passion for helping others.
- Must be able to pass a background check and obtain necessary licenses.
