Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Tampa, FL. As a Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for identifying and generating new business opportunities through proactive lead generation and outreach efforts. Day-to-day activities include building client relationships, executing sales strategies to meet targets, managing inbound and outbound communication, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of business development initiatives. Strong communication and networking skills will be critical to successfully driving growth for the organization.
Qualifications
- Proven skills in Inside Sales, Sales, and Business Development
- Experience in Lead Generation and identifying new opportunities
- Strong Communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships
- Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets
- Ability to work effectively on-site in a team-oriented environment
- Familiarity with CRM or sales tools is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
Salary Expectations
This is an hourly /plus commission position. OTE ($70,000-$90,000)
