As a Tow Truck Operator, you will provide safe, efficient, and professional towing, vehicle recovery, transportation, and roadside assistance services. This role requires sound judgment, a strong work ethic, and the ability to perform in a variety of traffic, weather, and emergency conditions.

Minimum Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in towing, vehicle recovery, roadside assistance, or transportation.
• Basic mechanical knowledge and the ability to troubleshoot common vehicle-related issues.
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening.
• Willingness to submit to random drug screenings.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-first attitude.
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends, holidays, and on-call shifts.
• Ability to safely lift, push, and pull equipment and materials as required.
• Reliable, punctual, professional, and committed to safe work practices.

Pay Structure

• Training Pay: $17.80 per hour during the training period.
• Post-Training Compensation: Base pay plus commission.

Preferred Experience

Military service is a plus! Veterans with experience in vehicle operations, transportation, logistics, equipment operation, or mechanical maintenance are encouraged to apply.
