Job Title: Mechanic
Reports To: Terminal Manager
Job Summary:
We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Class A or B Fleet Mechanic to join our Fort Myers team. You'll be responsible for the preventive maintenance and repair of a fleet of 2022–2024 Ford F-250 trucks equipped with Wheel lifts, operating 24/7 under the Road Ranger Program.
Work in a state-of-the-art shop equipped with lifts and ample workspace. This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday, offering great pay and benefits based on experience. Overtime and traveling maybe needed.
Responsibilities:
- Perform daily service and preventive maintenance including:
- Oil changes
- Tire rotations
- Brake service
- Filter replacements
- General vehicle inspections
- Electrical and wiring repairs
- Diagnose mechanical issues and perform repairs efficiently.
- Ensure fleet readiness for 24/7 roadside service operation.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area and tools.
Qualifications:
- 1 year of professional mechanic experience (Required)
- Experience working with wiring and electrical systems
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
- Must be able to pass a drug test and background
