Job Summary
E&R Towing is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to support daily operations in a fast-paced environment. This position requires strong communication skills, accuracy, and the ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining professionalism with customers and drivers.
Key Responsibilities
• Answer a high volume of incoming calls
• Assist drivers during check-out
• Verify driver invoices for accuracy
• Enter tow information into company systems
• Respond to customer inquiries regarding impounded vehicles
• Maintain accurate records and documentation
• Work efficiently in a high-volume setting
Required Skills & Qualifications
• Previous customer service experience preferred
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent attendance and reliability
• Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
• Basic computer proficiency; training provided on internal systems
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
