Virtual Fulfillment Representative
VegasTickets.com is an industry-leading ticket brokerage that serves clients from around the globe as they descend upon Las Vegas to satisfy their appetite for world-class entertainment. We offer tickets to all shows, concerts, sports, headliners, MMA, boxing, rodeo, and theater events in Las Vegas and around the world. We are an e-commerce company servicing global clients. Our goal is to be a client's one-stop source for everything in Vegas from show tickets to nightclubs.
This is a Virtual Assistant position, meaning that the role will be performed remotely.
The selected candidate must have access to a reliable internet connection, a dedicated workspace, and the ability to work independently.
Job duties include but are not limited to:
- Handling inbound and outbound support calls, website chats, and emails, with the intent of resolving all first level support.
- Act urgently on escalated support calls, website chats, and emails from customers and sellers ensuring a positive customer and seller experience.
- Serve as a liaison with partner sites and sellers to assist customers.
- Manage ticket deliveries.
- Work with staff and ticket exchanges to execute in hand dates accurately, resolving any issues that may arise.
- Problem solving issues regarding any tickets that are not delivering.
- Daily engagement to maintain product knowledge of the services that the company offers.
· Participation in small or large projects.
· Provide input on improving processes and procedures.
- Other Duties as Required.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
The ideal candidate will possess a combination of the following education and/or equivalent experience:
• High School diploma or equivalent required
• Any certifications in virtual assistance, office administration, customer service, or related fields are a plus.
•1 years of experience in a Call Center and/or Customer Service-related job preferred, but not required
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience within the hospitality, entertainment, box office, ticketing environment preferred, but not required
• Strong analytical abilities and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel, and Power Point
• Ability to analyze information, solve problems and make quick, fact-based decisions
• Strong computer skills; Ability to learn and work with the latest programs.
LANGUAGE SKILLS:
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as procedures, operating instructions, and procedure manuals in English.
• Ability to speak effectively before co-workers or individuals. Foreign language skills are a plus.
