We are seeking a friendly, attentive, and professional Server to join our dynamic bar and restaurant team. The ideal candidate will excel in providing exceptional guest service in a fast-paced environment, ensuring each guest has a memorable dining experience. A strong background in food and beverage service, including wine and spirits knowledge, will be highly valued. Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and provide attentive table service throughout their visit
• Take accurate food and beverage orders
• Process sales transactions efficiently while handling cash and credit card payments accurately
• Upsell menu items such as wines, cocktails, and specialty dishes to enhance guest experience and increase sales
• Serve food and beverages promptly, ensuring proper presentation and adherence to food safety standards
• Assist with food handling, sanitation, and maintaining cleanliness of tables and service areas
• Engage with guests to promote guest relations, handle inquiries, and resolve any concerns professionally
• Support other team members with bussing tables, setting up stations, or assisting in the kitchen as needed
• Maintain knowledge of menu offerings including wine pairings, spirits, and daily specials

Qualifications

• Previous food service experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests professionally and courteously
• Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy periods
• Knowledge of food safety standards and proper sanitation procedures
• Ability to process cash transactions accurately and handle basic math calculations quickly
• Experience with wine knowledge, spirits, cocktail preparation, and upselling techniques
• Prior experience in roles such as host/hostess or cashiering can be beneficial
• Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift moderate loads when necessary
• A positive attitude with a team-oriented approach to hospitality
